- Bester caviar (beluga x sterlet)
Huso huso x Acipenser ruthenus Beluga/sterlet (bester) caviar is a specialty. These are large, crumbly, dark silver-colored eggs with a delicate and mild flavor that resembles the taste of the most valuable caviar - beluga caviar.


- Russian sturgeon caviar
Acipenser gueldenstaedtii (Russian sturgeon) is one of the most valuable caviar species in the world. It has compact, elastic balls with a smooth velvety texture. It is characterized by a creamy flavor with hints of nuts and butter, balanced by a delicate saltiness.


- Siberian sturgeon caviar
Acipenser baerii (Siberian sturgeon) caviar is considered one of the best in the world. It has a pleasant consistency, velvety and smooth texture, elastic and shiny caviar. It has spicy and woody notes, with a slight saltiness.


- Sterling caviar
Acipenser ruthenus (sterlet) is the smallest fish of the sturgeon family. Small eggs, dark gray and black in color. It is characterized by a rather delicate and refined taste.
